
VIPA Cancellation Policy
At VIPA, we are committed to providing structured, high-quality training while maintaining fairness in scheduling. Below is our cancellation and rescheduling policy for group sessions, drop-ins, and private sessions.
📌 Group Sessions

All subscriptions are billed monthly from the beginning to the end of the month.

Players are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions within the month.

Players may reschedule group sessions for free if:

They notified us at least one day in advance.

There is an available free slot in another session within the same month (not guaranteed).

Any missed sessions do not carry over to the following month.
📌 Drop-In Sessions

VIPA allows players to attend group sessions without a monthly subscription, paying per session instead.

Missed drop-in sessions will not be rescheduled or replaced.
📌 Private Sessions

Players may reschedule private sessions at least one day in advance, provided that:

The coach accepts the reschedule request.

The player and coach agree on a new date that fits both schedules.

By enrolling in any program at VIPA, players acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies ensure a fair and efficient scheduling system for all members.
